Scope of Services

Our offerings are divided into three categories:

• Services: One-on-one guidance sessions, workshops, and coaching calls.
• Information Products: Digital guides and courses tailored to daily direction.
• Physical Goods: Branded journals, planners, and related materials.

Refund Policy

Services

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or to transfer the session to a new date. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session start are not eligible for a refund. Sessions are prepared and reserved specifically for you, which is why last-minute cancellations cannot be processed.

Information Products

Digital guides and courses may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided no access or download has occurred. To request a cancellation, please contact us. After 7 days or once access has been granted, no cancellation is possible due to the nature of digital content delivery.

Physical Goods

Unused and unopened items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customized or opened items are not eligible for this policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
